Need your order today? Select 'Click & Collect' as your method of shipping at checkout and we'll prepare your order to collect from our Leeds warehouse. This is a great way to save on shipping and have your goods in a matter of hours! Our friendly depot team will even help you load up your vehicle.
This is a free service, and you'll be notified by email when your order is ready to collect. Driving past our depot? You can now order at our trade counter and we'll pick your order while you wait, no prior order required!
Things to note before collecting your order
- If you've placed your order online, payment must be made at checkout prior to your collection unless you have already set up a trade account with us. For help checking this, please contact our team.
- Proof of ID will be required upon collection. This can be in the form of a valid UK Driving License, Passport or Utility Bill that clearly shows your name and address which should match the billing details on the order. If you are collecting on behalf of someone else, their ID will be required as proof. All collections will need to be signed for upon receiving the goods.
- For age restricted products such as Alcohol, ID will be required in the form of a valid UK Driving License or Passport. J L Brooks reserves the right to refuse a collection to anyone who does not provide valid ID, appears to be underage or not who they are claiming to be.
- Don't arrive to collect until you have received confirmation that your order is ready - there could be a stock shortage, or we may have closed for the day. If in doubt, please call our office on 0113 279 5787 and we'll confirm if your order is ready to collect.
